The ice hockey community is still reeling from the tragic death of Nottingham Panthers forward Adam Johnson, who passed away after suffering a severe neck injury during a match. The incident occurred on October 28, 2023, when Johnson collided with Sheffield Steelers’ player Matt Petgrave, resulting in a skate striking his neck.
